How to create an edit link?Asked by rugbynorcal on November 15, 2016 at 02:06 PMI just tried to use this above process to create a new edit link for a customer. However, when I test the link, I get an error message that reads "Invalid Form URL - This form is not available for this domain. (with the link underneath)" and when I click the link it takes me to the form I want to edit, but it is blank. Is there another way to create an edit link?
I would suggest you to create the edit link in a different way instead, using the submission ID only, please copy the submission ID, here is a visual guidance on how to do it:
Then use this link to edit a submission: www.jotform.com/edit/SubmissionID
Replace "SubmissionID" with the ID you have copied in your submissions page, this way you only need to submission ID as it is unique and there will not be another submission with the same ID, also one submission is linked to one form only so loading the edition page using the submission ID will automatically recognize the form where it was submitted.
Please give it a try and let us know if you have any question.
