Hello
Some of our people are having trouble submitting their forms. I thought it may have been because I added captcha. So i removed it and tried again and it is doing the same thing. Please advise ASAP! -

This is the encryption feature enabled in your form.
https://www.jotform.com/help/344-What-are-Encrypted-Forms-and-how-to-use-them-as-expert
You have to provide your Jotform key to decrypt and to be able to view the submissions in the form submissions page.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Great! Please note that disabling the encryption won't automatically decrypt the existing submissions that are encrypted. You have to decrypt the submissions using your existing Jotform Key. If you don't have it, then I'm afraid that you won't be able to view the submissions.
