Is there a way to set up a "SAVE PARTIAL RESULTS AND FINISH LATER" option on formsAsked by akabelowsky on November 15, 2016 at 02:52 PM
We set up forms for high school sports coaches to fill out questionnaires, submit rosters, statistics, comments on the upcoming season, etc. Lots of them like to work on them during lunch, breaks, etc., but they don't have enough time to finish. Is there an option we can give them to save the work they have done so far and then come back and call up that form, including the results they already have entered, to complete it later? That would be very helpful. Many coaches have asked for this.
There are two ways to accomplish this:
1) By enabling the "Continue Forms Later" option, which stores the data in the browsers cache, so the user must continue in the same device and browser: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms
2) The other method is through keeping a Session ID, so they can continue in any device and browser, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
