I want to downgrade from bronze to starter, will my forms in archives be deleted if I don't pay $5 per month storage?

I use jotform for an annual project so I won't need it until June 2017.  I don't want to have my existing jotform deleted but don't need access to it. I have archived 2016 records - will they be deleted over the starter limit or will they still be in archives if I downgrade to starter. I intend to upgrade to bronze again next June when I next use Jotform.

I checked your account and I see that you have more than a thousand submissions:

With Storage plan this is what you get:

So you could export and then delete all submissions above the 500, to keep them under the limit. With Storage plan, you're safe in that matter.

Also, with the Free plan you need to take care of number of forms which is 5 maximum.
