How can I receive an email of a completed form and embed form in Joomla?Asked by dcsmith22 on November 15, 2016 at 03:38 PM
I am currently the webmaster for The Wave Program and my client Darryl Smith. I am wondering if there is a way to add a form to a Joomla CMS article and if after someone fills the form out, that it is set up not only in an excel spreadsheet, but also received by Darryl through his email account?
Please let me know if this is possible.
My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks for your time in this matter!

Yes, you can add the form to your Joomla page. Please refer to this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/246-How-to-Embed-JotForm-to-Joomla-3.
But also received by Darryl through his email account?
Yes, you just need to set up an email notification so that the email recipient will received an email alert once a new submission comes in. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
Hope that helps. If you have any question, please let us know. Thank you.
