    Hello,

In order for us to be able to understand your concern better, can you tell us what kind of code you would like to add to your form?

In adding HTML tags, you are limited to what is allowed for text formatting, and should use the Text element in your form

But if what you want is to insert CSS codes, you can follow the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

However, if what you want is to insert other HTML tags and Javascript, you will need to get your form's full HTML source and then place it on your website, and then fully customize your form and its functionality.

But if none of these are the ones you're looking for, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I was trying to look through the forum and didn't realize I posted a question but maybe you can help. I need to add third party code from a retargeting ad vendor to the form to see if the ads are successful.

So it looks like from what you are saying we need to get the full HTML source code, put it on the website and add the code from there, so I will pass that on to the webmaster.

Another questions...can we do a pop up thanking someone for filling out the form and add the code to that?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your response.

With regard to your 2nd question, I have moved it to a new thread. This is so to prevent certain discussions which may confuse other support members should they handle follow-up questions.

The new thread for the other question is found on this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/991005

We'll respond to your question there as soon as possible.

    Thanks.
