Am I Actually a User Now?

Someone shared a form with me. I was sent an email saying I needed to create an account in order to access it. I did. I was told I would receive an email to verify my email address. When I received it I clicked on the link. I went to a JotForm page with a message saying that this was a bad link. It appears that I can log in but I can't access the shared form.

Am I a user or am I not one because I (apparently) can't verify my email address?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

As how I understand it, someone has made you become a sub-user to their account. As how I see your account, it seems to be active now.

But in order to access the forms shared with you by username dacajoe, you should go to the My Forms page and click the username on the left panel.

    Hello mcknigs,

I just checked the account of dacajoe, apparently there are no forms in it and that he is a sub-user. Please take note that the only time that your account will be able to view the forms of dacajoe is when he creates forms. If what you're trying to do is to access the forms created by paullavoie, that will not work. the user paullavoie should provide you access instead.

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.
