    Trouble with Print Button

    Asked by BCC2250 on May 11, 2012 at 09:35 PM

    I have created a form with the Print Button at the end. When I attempt to print I just get the last page and it is not complete.

    What do I need to do to fix this?

    Your form contains page breaks which is considered to be a multi page form the print button will only print the page where it was added which is usually the last page. The issue with printing a multi page form has already been reported to our administrators.

    For the mantime you can try the following alternative solutions. You may add a Print button in each page of your form, as suggested by a JotForm user in this related thread.

    1.  Insert a Free Text field in your form

    2.  Click the HTML button in the toolbar and enter this code:

    <a target="_blank" href="javascript:window.print()">PLEASE Print This Page for your records!</a>

     As for showing a progress indicator, you may use the free text tool to display the page number or something like that. The free text tool is found under the Power Tools section:

    Another option is to include a PDF submission file link to the completed form in the form's Thank You message for the user to download and print.

    Go to Setup & Embed > Thank You > Thank You message then click Next.

    Insert this link on the thank you message: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/{id}

    Hope this information helps.

    Thanks!
