Why am I no longer being notified by email when a submission is received?

    Submissions use to be sent to me at dtflanagan@mail.com.

    I did a test on the email alerts for the form and the mail logs shows that the email was sent successfully without any problems. Have you check your bulk or spam folders of your email? It may have been caught by the spam filters. It would also be a good idea to add jotform address to your whitelist.
