How can I have all the submitted data in my form display in rows when exported to excel

Asked by ospinadigital on May 11, 2012 at 10:53 PM

Here is a exmaple of what I need it to look like - http://www.jotform.com/submission/202581830902558335

The Grid display looks perfect, but I want to have this date display the same way when I view it in excel & not all in one Row.

    Please help. Thanks

    Unfortunately No at this time.

I tried it also and I can see what you meant in Excel format. The matrix field does not seem to recognize the next row as new row data when in excel. It does look OK in the Grid report.

I will have this forwarded to our Next Level support as a feature request, perhaps they can provide a better option on how to achieve this. Maybe we can make use of the Grid report for the meantime.

You will be inform when updates are available on this feature.
