We are intending to use the form to collect customer informations in a marketing campaign and we would need the customer to submit a photo.
The duration of the campaign would be a few months duration and it is possible that we may not need the service after the campaign. Once we downgrade to a free account, is the information collected still accessible and kept safely in the account?

First of all I cannot find any registered account which is associated with your e-mail address.
I recommend you to download your submissions and backup to your computer frequently if you want to collect and keep your data. So you can export and then delete all submissions above the 500, to keep them under the limit when you want to downgrade your account.
Because when you downgrade your account to the free plan, you will continue to receive your submissions. But if your submissions is over the 500 submissions limit which is for only free plan, your older submissions will be deleted to receive new submissions.
Another point that if you've more than 5 forms which are created as a premium user by you, your all forms will remain as they are. But you won't be able to create a new form, because you've already more than 5 forms.
