What happens when I reach the 500 total submission storage on the free account?

Can I delete the old submissions so I keep under the 500 total submissions?

Since your account type is FREE, you only have 500 total submission storage. It means that you can only store up to 500 submissions in your account. If your submission reaches 500, you should either upgrade your account or delete your submissions.

Additionally, I would recommend you to download your submissions before deleting them. Please check the user guide for further information on downloading your form submissions.

In addition to the information above, when you reach 500 limit, system will keep the new submissions and your old submissions will be deleted.
