Hi,
Upon checking your form, it uses Worldpay integration, as far as I know, the payment it captures is only credit card/debit card. Is that correct? If you wish to add taxes, other fees or surcharge, you can do that directly in the payment wizard by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/296-How-to-Add-Tax-to-Your-Payment-Form
Let us know if that will work.

Hi Charlie,
Thank you for the quick response.
That's correct we are using the Worldpay integration.
Having looked at the link you have provided, I believe adding tax is only available for the following gateways?
Paypal (Standard)
PayPal Express
Paypal Pro
Stripe
Authorize.Net

Purchase OrderIt also says it not available for the donation type payments? We need to use the donation option so that our customers can enter a custom amount. If you click on the link below you'll get a better understanding of what we need.
