Why does it say my JotForm is unavailable when others click on the published link?Asked by mcmarketing on November 16, 2016 at 08:53 AM
I have a free account with 5 forms. I posted the link to our dealers, only no one can access the form. It says the form is unavailable. I only currently have 22 replies to the form. Not sure why this is happening. It is a registration form for an upcoming event with a deadline, so I need this link back up and active asap. Please contact me at 815-459-2213 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
here is the link:
Unfortunately, we don't offer phone support. Your account is currently in good status. I check this form (https://www.jotform.us/form/62173927524156) and I was able to open it. Here's a screenshot:
Normally, the error message "Form is unavailable" will appear if the form is disabled. I saw one of your form is disabled. You just need to click the "More" button and choose the "Enable" option.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
