I can not locate any information in the drop down boxes 'Site Name' 'Cell ID' etc. i was wondering if you could help me on why i'm missing this information. i have attached a screen shot
It looks like you are the sub-account user for the form. I see that the form owner hasn't selected the EU data center to store the data and your account is selected with the option EU servers which is causing the issue.
It is required to have the both accounts to use the same datacenter option in order to view the submissions. Please change the option to move your account to US servers so that you should be able to manage the submissions normally.
