Why can't I see the pictures on submitted forms?

Yesterday, when we were trying to access photos from our submitted forms, we received a notification that the files were no longer there. We were able to access them the day before. 

How can we fix this? We might have maxed out on our forms.

The forms shared to you is owned and stored in a account with a username of KateLeighFord. That account has already reached the allowed limit for the upload space storage for "Free" plan. "Free" plans can only have 100 MB total upload storage space. The account currently has 104.86 MB, which triggered the overlimit status, restricting the form's usage including the file upload links.

I suggest contacting the account owner and inform him about this issue. Upload storage space does not reset, it is fixed. However, users can easily free up space by simply deleting submissions with file uploads on them, please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers without any backups. The account owner can also just upgrade to a higher subscription plan to increase its upload space limit.
