Form1 is an Advisor Form that records basic info about an Advisor.
Form 2 is a Subscription Agreement that needs the data from Form 1 plus additional data that is completed after the data from Form 1 is provided.
I have been attempting to utilize an Autoresponder email from Form 1 that would provide the Advisor with an email containing a link to Form 2 with all the fields provided in Form 1 passed back to Form 2. However, if I select the URL link in the email to go to Form 2, I am not getting all of the data passed back.
The desire is to provide the Advisor Form 1 and its subsequent Autoresponder email so that every time they wish to complete a Form 2, their Advisor info is pre-populated into Form 2.

Okay so basically you are trying to use an autoresponder to populate and gather additional info on a second form after being passed from your first form when you hyperlink the url, correct.
I am investigating this to get to the bottom of the problem to help you, please allow us some time to check on it more and then I will update you again briefly as soon as I know what's going on with it.

I've done some deep testing of this and I see you're sending it from the thank you page but, also as you stated already an autoresponder containing the link from your details above.
Unfortunately, I seem to be unable to replicate an issue with this since it is working linked and unlinked via the autoresponder as well as after submitting during my testing of this issue.
Are you still experiencing this issue?
If so then can you please provide us with an example submission you've received for this that isn't working for it and we'll gladly take a look at it more to try to figure out what happened.
I took a peek at the autoresponder and I am thinking maybe the text in front of it being connected was possibly messing this up for you if this is where you are experiencing it so for testing purposes I changed it even though it was working for me.
I tried it with and without linking it and it's working for me when opening it.
This is the same information that was passed to the second form from the first form on my end and everything was carried over except the starting date which wasn't included.

Thanks very much for looking at my issue.
I have taken the text out from in front of the link however when I try the link for the autoresponder email, only the first two fields transfer over to Form 2. Those fields being Advisor Email & Advisor Name. The remaining 4 fields are blank when I look at Form 2.
It's like the link is broken after the first two fields and everything after the first two fields is ignored.
Infant when I look at the link provided in the email, only the first name of the Name field is being transferred so my assumption seems to be correct that the link is being truncated.

I see the same link is also set in your Thank-You page as a redirect-to-page and from what I understand the link works there and it is just not working when it is clicked from the autoresponder email your respondents will receive after successfully submitting your form.
I have created a clone version of your Form 1 in order to make some tests.
Base on your screenshot above, It seems that the link is not working in your autoresponder because part of it is being read as a text and not completely as a link.
I suggest you make the link in the email body a link to make it work in the email autoresponder being received.
