I have checked your form and I can see it gets stuck on "Please Wait..." when I clicked on the submit button.

In the web console I can see there is some conflict with the iFrame origins in your webpage, inspecting the code I can see you have one iFrame and then the iFrame code from your form embedded in it.

What I would suggest you is to embed your form directly in your webpage using the iFrame code, this way you avoid getting conflicts and get your form working fine.

This guide will help you to embed your form using the iFrame code: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Please do let us know how it goes.

I embedded the form using the iframe like suggested and still no success. Any other solutions?

I checked your page and it still looks like you are using a plugin to embed the form rather than adding the code directly.  While adding the form following this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site

On step 4, instead of using a website address, select "Code".  Then add your forms iFrame code:

If that does not work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
