Corrupted Submissions

    Is it possible that we are receiving corrupted submissions? Some of the submissions we receive have the wrong address  in line 2. If so please let us know what we can do.

    I checked your submissions and I saw that some submission have a blank value in Address Line 2 field. It is possible that your users leave it blank since it is not a required field.

    In the Form Builder, just select the Address Line 2 field and then click the Required button.

    You can also use the Address Field under the Quick Fields instead of a regular text box.
