My integration with Google Spreadsheets stopped

I am not sure why my integration into my google spreadsheet stopped. It was working fine yesterday and then I upgraded to the Bronze membership and I am wondering if that changed something. When I go into it, it says it is still integrated with the link but then you go to the link and it isnt updated.

Upgrading to a subscription plan shouldn't affect the integration. May I know if you made changes on the form or on the spreadsheet itself? Did you edit, deleted or added new columns? Making extensive changes on the spreadsheet will most likely break the integration or stop it from updating, especially if the columns do not match the field names on the form.

Could you please try removing the integration then re-integration Google Spreadsheet again? Re-integration will automatically fetch all the submissions on your form and prepopulate it on your new spreadsheet.
