I have tested standalone form that you provided on this thread and I successfully submitted your form and I got redirected to this page.
I have also tested your embedded form that you provided on your other thread and I was able to submit that form without any issues as well.
Are you sill unable to submit your form? Do you have issues with embedded form, with standalone form or both?
Can you please try to test your form in some other browser or on some other device?

it seems I found the pattern - the form does not send successfully while connected to my home wifi, but it worked fine connected through my cell phone internet.
Do you have some kind of IP filtering to prevent too many requests from the same source?

It is possible to prevent multiple submissions from same IP address, but then warning message would be shown.
In your case submit button is stuck on "Please wait". There is nothing on our end that would prevent too many requests from the same source.
Most likely something on your end is causing this issue, anti-virus program, add-blocker, firewall or similar.
Just in case that issue is on our end I have white-listed your IP address.
