My email address won't work to sign up

I tried to sign up.  it says my email has been registered before.  I don't recall ever using this site.  I just heard about it.  anyways, I try to use the "forgot password" and that says my email isn't registered.  can someone help with this?  my email is tonyajenson@gmail.com

I have checked email address you provided and I only found guest_63204572759057 account. On that account there are no forms. I have also checked your email address in our email log and I did not found any entry.
