I need someone to call me. Is this possible???
We have integrations set up with constant contact. Then we changed our constant contact password. BUT a COUPLE OF WEEKS goes by and we had NO IDEA why Constant Contact kept saying "For your security, we've locked access to your account.
Reset your password now to unlock your account."
So we contacted them and realized NONE of our integrations from jot form where going through!!!!
We had NO IDEA that we had to RE-INTEGRATE all of our forms if we changed the password!! Isn't there a notification that jotform should send when they're not going through??
Anyway, we RE-INTEGRATED ALL of our forms, only to find out IT'S STILL HAPPENING!! We're locked out of Constant Contact AGAIN and now I'm afraid we have to RE DO ALL of our form integrations AGAIN!!! THIS IS A PAIN!!!
Isn't there a similar way to get around all of this and reintegrate all of the forms at one time????

Please do note that each time that you make a change on your Constan Contact account like a password change the re-integration will be required, this is for security reasons.
If the problem with your Constant Contact account is happening and you need to be changing your password then I would suggest you to contact their support in order to resolve this so you do not have to make any change and avoid re-integrating your forms.

We could also forward this thread as a feature request, the request will be basically to know when a form has stopped integrating with Constant Contact so you can be notified about it and check the integration.
Please let us know and we will be glad to proceed with that.

I will contact both Constant contact and Jotform as necessary to get this
issue resolved as it is a huge pain in the butt and a waste of time to have
to re-integrate all of my forms on a weekly basis!!

We have forwarded the thread to our backend team as a feature request. We cannot provide you any ETA for the implementation of the feature at the moment. However, if there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
