This morning, I sent in an inquiry about my data usage. I have deleted several submissions with uploaded files to decrease data usage, but I am still unable to view my forms and the pictures uploaded.
Any more advice? Thank you for your help!

I have checked your account and re-calculated the available upload space for the account where you're sub-user, please check the forms that have been shared with you, the submissions and files should be working now.
If the problem still persists, please let us know.
