Some of our participants are experiencing difficulties uploading documents. We are having difficulties with images, word, and PDF documents. What is the best format and max size that can be uploaded? (I did not provide a link because we are having the issue on multiple links).

What is the best format and max size that can be uploaded?
This question can only be answered by you as the owner. If you only need .pdf .doc .docx .gif .jpg .jpeg .png files uploaded and nothing else, you should set your Upload Field's file extension type to those files alone.

The max size is also something you need to decide on by yourself. If you want your users/respondents to be able to upload up to 10MB worth of files, then adjust your max file size limit to 10MB (or 10240KB).
