Uploads are in different places on my submission PDFs

    Hi 

     

    When applicants submit their form with uploads, the uploads are sometimes hyperlinked in the PDF and sometimes they are not and I have to retrieve them by hitting the "download all uploads" tab. 

     

    I would really like all of the uploads to be hyperlinked in the submission and easily accessible.  Can you help??

    The issue might be related to the customized PDF template. In order to restore a default PDF template, please delete the 'PDF Design' reports.

    Now they are not appearing at all.  

     

    I went to customizable PDF, and the boxes for the uploads are checked so they should appear in the file, but they don't appear as embedded files or even as hyperlinks

    This might have happened due to the last received submission is not having the upload fields filled and so it may not be displaying in the report. Please try submitting the form with all the fields filled in so that it should be displaying while editing the PDF report.
