Form not working on different browsersAsked by quickstamp on November 17, 2016 at 07:01 AM
The contact form on the url below is working fine on google chrome, however the form disappears on Internet Explorer. I am using Xara Web Designer 11. I need to address this before the end of the day so please get back to me as soon as possible.I was also hoping that you could advise as to the best way to make forms mobile friendly. Xara has a website variant function and so far the best solution for me seems to be to make a clone of the form and make one a different size and unresponsive. I wondered if there was a simpler way.
I look forward to your response.
The issue is that in IE, the form height is set to 0px. This is possibly a conflict in the page so please try re-embedding the form using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
As for the mobile responsive, I have moved that into a new thread. Please follow up on this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/992199.
