errors in the form calculation questions

    Dear Jotform,

    In my form I use the form calculation questions. 

    But the results received in the form calculation questions are incorrect. 

    Please see below : 

     

     

    if for each question I tick the box where the value is 5 I should have 25 in each box on the second page, right?

    As per further checking, the issue might be caused by the setup of the calculation values in the matrix field. Can you set the calculation values on the matrix field as shown below:
