Missing column headings on spreadsheet widget

Dear Sirs

As i need to collect data from table, i cant seem to find how to enter column headings like:category,date & amount.

how do i do that on Spreadsheet widget?alternatively can you direct me to another widget for that purpose.

There is no option to do that on a Spreadsheet widget. However you can make use of a configurable list widget instead. You can check the said widget via this link: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list
