    Error message: You cannot add more than one payment tool.

    When attempting to add a Paypal button, the system returns this message:

    "You cannot add more than one payment tool. Please delete the existing one first."

     

    We do not have another payment tool on this form or any other active form.

    Hello RabbiCDJ,

    This error message is displayed if you already have a payment question in your form and you try to add a second payment tool.

    I did check your last edited form and it already has a payment question with label "Who's Coming?".

    Please note that one form can only have one payment tool. If you want to add a new payment question, you will have to first delete the existing payment tool and then add a new one.

    How else can we have the form calculate the total owed and still report the number of people coming by category?

    We have done this before with no problem (this is a cloned form that was used successfully in the past).

    Solved the problem;  deleted the purchase order and inserted the Paypal payment option.
