I am receiving emails of filled out forms but they are not in submissions

    1.  i am receiving emails of filled out forms but they are not in submissions?? haw can this even be????

    2.  same problem as before...emails that should be getting a copy of the filled out form are not getting them.... and i have checked& they are not on the blocked list... and out servers firewall is not blocking them...this is getting ridiculous...i have been working on this for a while...can someone please call me to fix this problem and the one above

    I have checked the email history in your account and I can see all the emails that were sent to your email addresses are submissions in your forms, could you please provide us more  details about the forms that you're receiving via email and not seeing the submissions in the submissions page? 

    If possible, please provide us the details of one of the submissions you have received via email it will help us to identify the form and find if the submissions has been deleted or locate it. 

    Regarding to not receiving emails, in the email history I can see there are some emails that were not sent because the recipient is in our bounce list, here's a screenshot of one of the emails that I can see:

    You could also check your email history by following this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    What I would suggest you is to check those emails where you're not receiving notifications in our bounce list, here's a guide that will help you with that: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
