    How can I correctly link my authorize.net CIM account to my jotform?

    I have created a jotform that links to my Authorize.net account. However it is not working properly. I am trying to have it so that when you fill out the jotform the customer info and cc info is saved into the customer information management tool on Authorize.net. However, when you fill out the jotform the info is not being saved into the Authorize CIM. INstead it is properly checking the card (authorizing it) and then i dont know what it is doing with the cc info. How do I fix this?

    As far as I know there is not currently a way to use the Authorize.net integration to get the payment info only and send it to the Authorize.net CIM tool, so far you can only use the payment integration to charge your customers only, what you can do is to enable the authorize payment only option so your customers do not get charged immediately, you can review the info in your Authorize.net account then and view the payment info as well as complete the payment if necessary, but this will appear in the "Unsettled Transactions" section and the record will not be stored in the CIM tool.
