Maximum upload file size

    I have a customer who claimed she couldn't upload a file through my online form and I was wondering what the maximum file size is and if possible, how can I increase it?

    You can increase it in the Form Builder by selecting the Upload File field and clicking the Max File Size button. Here's how:

    After that, change the 1024 KB = 1 MB to your preferred value. The maximum value is 1048576 KB = 1 GB. Keep in mind that free accounts only allow a total amount space of 100 MB.
