How to cancel account?

i need to cancel my paid account. We no longer use not form. 

Do you mean you want to cancel your subscription or delete your Jotform account entirely? To cancel the subscription and downgrade your account back to Free, please follow this guide: How to Downgrade Subscription Back to Free Account.

The Jotform support team can delete your account for you. However, before we do so, we need to confirm that you want to delete your account and all the forms/submissions within it.
