I tried adding new recipient email but I did not receive the email notifications

    notification on submission of forms no longer working.  Old forms that used to be fine as recently as august are no longer generating email notifications.  Tried adding new email notification but it also does not work.  Test emails alos not working.

    Your email address rml@***.edu was added to the bounce list due to the following reason: Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect.

    I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should be able to receive the next notifications successfully.
