I can't pay by my virtual prepaid card.
How can i do, i just want to pay for test only 1 month for Bronze Package
I am not sure if JotForm accepts subscription payment through Virtual Prepaid Card. As far as I know, this kind of cards has a limited validation duration. I do not know when your virtual prepaid card is expired. In addition to that, I need to check our acceptance for this card. However, when you have tried to pay via Virtual Prepaid Card, you should have received an SMS for the case of both successful payment or unsuccessful payment. Could you please send us that SMS in order to check it? Could you please try to upgrade your account by using FastSpring payment gateway for your virtual prepaid card. If you succeed to do it, could you please let us know?
You can upgrade your account to Bronze package and then if you do not like after a month you can downgrade your account again into the free plan. If it is possible, could you please try to upgrade your plan by using a normal credit card?

The payment will be processed automatically from your card in the next month. So that, you have to downgrade your account again.

You can cancel your subscription through your PayPal account before your subscription's 0next renewal date which is December 18, 2016.
