I would like to know how I can fix the PDF attachment I receive of my form.
The problem: There are some (important) fields missing in the PDF. I would like it to be the same way as I get the fotform form in the body my mail, ie, with all the fields I have selected to be included.
Please, let me know how I can fix that.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Have you customized your PDF? I would suggest you to please let us know which all fields are missing from your attached PDF file in email and we will take a look. You may also like to share a screenshot of the PDF you receive in email and we will take a look.
