    Hi there,

I am not sure if I get what you mean. What is the trigger to dynamically change the options in your dropdown? Do you mean you have a field and based on the selected value from that field, you want to dynamically change the options in your dropdown?

You may want to look at our Dynamic Dropdown widget. It changes the options based on your answers. Here is the demo of the widget. http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43514646570961.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    My form: https://form.jotformeu.com/63193371049356

I want to create a shopping list where some items are already set (not their type, but the first textbox only), which have individual dropdown lists for the second entry and the third and the number entry is free to set by the user. Also at the end of the list the widget is to be expanded is the user wishes to do it.

    Hello,

As I understand you, you want to create an unlimited dropdown menu. I recommend you to view our configurable list widget.

You can mix the fields in the direction of your request. Because configurable list widget supports:

    -Text

    -Number

    -Text Area

    -Date

    -Time

    -Drop Down

    -Check Box

    -Radio Buttons

-Static - Display a Message or Text

Also we have a user guide about How to Set Up the Configurable List Widget.

    I hope it helps.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

    Regards.

I am sorry if I was not clearly understandable. I want an infinite list indeed, but I want the first 20-30 entry set, and only partially be interactive.

I have already set the infinite part (quite easy and self explanatory), but I couldn't find even questions about preset entries.

    Something like this:

    Chosen          Product               Type         Measurement    Pieces

       Checkbox    Companyname   <salami>     <600gr>         <1>       <> = interactive dropdown lists or input fields(for Pieces)

This for about 30 more products, all of them with different dropdown lists

    Then standard configurable list

If I understand your concerns correctly, you want to setup the Configurable list widget to have a logic where the values for your dropdown field change depending on the selected or inputted values on the previous fields in the widget. For example:

    Chosen          Product               Type         Measurement    Pieces

       Checkbox    Companyname   <salami>     <600gr>         <1>       <> = interactive dropdown lists or input fields(for Pieces)

The selection values for the Type, Measurement and Pieces will depend on the selected Product/Company Name. If this is the case, unfortunately, this is not currently possible in JotForm.

If you are referring to a different concern, please provide us more details so we can further analyze the issue.

    Regards.
