    Paypal didn't process with a submission

    I made a form "2016 christmas cash raffle" and tested it with my own paypal and it worked. My friend tried and i had to process the submission manually and it didn't transfer the money.  What happened?

    May I know what you meant by "process the submission manually"?

    Was the submission added in the "Incomplete Payments" list? To learn more about that, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ. Please note that JotForm does not process these payments, we simply forward it to the 3rd party's payment gateway and that's where it is being processed securely. 

    If the submission is in the "Incomplete Payments" list, then that means that the user did not complete the payment, it is either they have accidentally closed the browser before completing payment or did not continue to complete the payment for some reason. If you click the "Complete Submission" button, that will simply move the said submission in your completed submissions list. It will not trigger a payment.
