Sorry, to clarify. I put a limit of 2 entries for both Monday and Tuesday, but more than the two entries are able to be entered. Thank you in advance for the help.

I opened your form and I can see that the widget is working properly. The "Monday" and "Friday" option are already set to "None" which means unavailable.
You said that you received more than 2 entries but when I checked your form, I only saw 2 submissions on that form.
I tested the widget on a blank form and I was able to verify that it is working properly. Let me clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
