I created a new user - Riva Zagov and she still has not gotten the invite to join Jotform. We checked spam and junkmail. Can you help?

    Hello, I'm assuming you're referring to this user, rzagov (rzagov@tanenbaumchat.org). I checked your account and confirmed you're done adding her as a Subuser.

    I also checked her mail logs and confirmed that she received the email when you shared some forms with her.

    All that's left to do now is for her to login to her account, rzagov, then click the folder created under Shared With You on the left side of her My Forms page.
