    Email Notifications: Notifications coming empty to email inbox

    Everything was working fine until 1 week ago I started receiving empty email notifications from my forms:

    As you can see in pictures... SOME emails have the notification details but some other don't. 

     

    it is weird because from that same form, some submissions do have the notification details and others don't. Can you take a look into it please?

    I noticed in my jotform inbox that empty email notifcations have the "What do you want?" question empty and no Paypal details are retrieved... STILL!!! They DID THE PAYMENT. So if I go to paypal deeklycorp@gmail.com did paid me the product that he selected... So what is going on?

     

    PS: I've already tried errasing and making a new email notifcation.

    Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. 

    I have checked email history log on your account and I found two empty Notifications, one from both forms. Both submissions were made today.

    Form ID 52616619907968 

    Submission ID 355294868691539065

    Form ID 60167675103958 

    Submission ID 355295962061839033

    How many empty Notifications did you received? 

    I was able to find submitted data on submission page of your forms. Is it possible that your Notification tables were empty? Did you received empty submissions once you created new Notifications as well?

    If there is more empty Notification that you received, please provide us ID of those submission, so that we can raise this issue to our developers. 

    You can also try to edit your submissions and resubmit the form, to see if Notification will be sent correctly with all data. You do need to edit submitted data, simply click on edit button and submit the form.

    I've received many empty submissions, by empty submissions I mean the table with the form details. Lately I receive 1 empty submission every 10 submissions. 

     

    I was able to find submitted data on submission page of your forms. Is it possible that your Notification tables were empty? Did you received empty submissions once you created new Notifications as well?

    Yes I DO receive the email notification but the email doesn't have the table with form details. And yes, when created new notifcation the problem persists.

     

    If there is more empty Notification that you received, please provide us ID of those submission, so that we can raise this issue to our developers.
