JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
That's possible by using Conditions to show/hide fields based on user input. If you will be creating a form that will show specific fields that are ONLY AVAILABLE for staffs, then just setup a condition to match this requirement.
As a quick example, have a look at my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/63226366170958
This form has an Employee ID field that will conditionally show another input IF and ONLY IF the respondent (in this case, a staff) knows the value that needs to be entered.
In my example, use 123456 as the code to view the hidden field that was hidden by this Condition:
In this manner, a random respondent won't be able to see the hidden field not unless he's a staff that knows the code needed to be used.
