The feedback button works fine in IE (and other browsers) except on one site we're working with. The site is due to be updated but could take a while so we need a solution for the interim. The button works fine on this site in Chrome and Firefox, but in IE we have lots of issues. When the code is placed before the closing body tag, the Donate Now button shows up in the bottom left of the screen and the form itself is off the top left of the browser area. When I moved the code to the middle of the page, the button was on the left but the form was still off the screen at the top left.
The site is VERY old and was built entirely inside a table. Am not sure how to make this work before we redesign the site. Test page with code above the closing body tag is here: http://greensborobeautiful.org/donate.html
A second test using the lightbox solution is here: http://greensborobeautiful.org/donate2.html - in this case in IE, the link is correct but the window opens to the top left of IE and is mostly off the page.
Is there a solution? Can we get the button on the right side of the screen AND the form in the visible window on this site? Thanks again for your help.

We've had to remove the feedback button and changed the link above to the embedded form instead of the feedback button. The button was showing up fine in all browsers but the IE issue forced us to do this differently. Please let us know if there are any IE updates.

Sorry for the delay. I have inspected your page. You have to add this HTML code to the top of your HTML file and everything will work fine.
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
Also we are publishing our new Feedback option in a few days. Use this feedback code:
buttonText: "Donate now to Greensboro Beautiful!",
width: 700,height: 500});
