Convert form into an app

I wanted to know if there was a way to convert any of my individual forms into an app, allowing users to download to the homescreen of their smartphone?

Unfortunately it is not possible to convert a form into a downloadable app.

You can still add the form to your phone's homescreen. Simply follow this guide to learn: How to Add Websites to the Home Screen on Any Smartphone or Tablet.
