Is it possible to lock a form so it can not be edited or deleted without an additional action.
Jot form is used by several staff members and I am worried that someone might make a mistake

Hello,
If you are allowing users to access your account directly, unfortunately there is no option to lock the form so it cannot be deleted or edited.
But with regard to having sub-users, you can set which forms you can allow to be edited and/or view the submissions. You can check out this guide regarding sub-users: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-share-forms-with-a-sub-account-user
If you have questions, please let us know.
Thanks.

The ability to lock a form from being deleted (moved to trash) accidentally would be incredibly valuable. Even just a warning pop-up that required confirmation would be great. In case you haven't guessed, we were 'bitten' by an accidental move to TRASH. Love that Jotform doesn't actually delete it, and was able to restore and retest within minutes of the report of the FORM NOT FOUND error message. Bravo for an error message that matches the condition!
We are using Jotform to automate many processes throughout our organization - great tool! Thanks!

I have forwarded a request to our back-end team to have a confirmation warning popup before sending a form to the trash folder. If this gets implemented, you will be notified via this thread.
Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
