Error "Oops! Invalid refresh token"

    Hi

    Please help to fix ths error. we have tried to do the clear cache and browser cache but it didnt fixed the issue. please go through and help.

    I checked your page and it appears fine on my view. Is this still happening on your end? If so, can you explain on how this happens?

    I also could not reproduce the issue when I test on your website.

    I suggest you also try this options...

    You need to re-embed your form https://www.jotform.me/form/61012043546443 using its full source code again on your website.

    From what I have checked so far, I believe the currently embedded form on the website is no longer the updated version of the form.

    Take note that when using full source embed, you will need to always re-embed the form for the recent changes to take effect on the website as well.

    Alternatively, if there is no specific reason for publishing the form using its full source code, we recommend publishing it instead using its default script embed code.
