i did not received any email notification in my email.. need help for this issue. here's the form we're using

I checked your email in our logs and I saw that it ended in our Bounce list, the reason is below:Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is NOT
I removed it from our Bounce list so you will be able to receive submissions now.
