I believe you are referring to the verification code sent when you tried to add a Custom Sender Email Address to your account.
If you are not yet seeing the email address you added in the Sender Email when you create an Email Notification/Autoresponder in your form, then you can repeat the instruction in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert
However, if you already have added your email address successfully and it is already showing as an option in the Sender Email.
but you still need to have the verification code because you have lost it or deleted the email that was sent to you, then you can delete the Sender Email and add it by following the instruction again in this guide.
You can delete the Sender Email through your account settings.
Please be noted that you will be given the same verification code that was given to you the first time you have added your email address.
