We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this had caused you. We had a temporary issue earlier with our MyForms page, however, it was escalated immediately and our developers have already fixed the issue and restored the service.
Can you try to access your account again and let us know of any result, please?
With regards to your other concern of not receiving emails when your form is submitted successfully, I have moved it to a new thread considering it is a different concern.
